The following applications are required for Planning & Development projects. Please select the application below that is relevant to your project.
We highly advise scheduling a meeting with planning staff prior to filling out an application.
The Architectural Review Board application should be submitted through the MyGov Portal. Paper copies and a USB thumbdrive are required to be submitted at city hall as part of the application process. All paperwork submitted with the application must be separated by set and folded to be no larger than 9"X14". Please use the checklist to confirm a completed application prior to submittal.
The Planning Division also processes the following permits:
Block Party Application -Please allow 2 weeks for processesing.
Mobile Food Permit- Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Sample Site Plan Brentwood Park Site Plan Form
Special Use Permit- Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing.
