April is recognized as National Stress Awareness Month.  Yoga is considered a non-pharmacological treatment option for stress. It significantly helps with stress by calming the mind, regulating the nervous system and decreasing stress hormones. Dr. Jaime Sanchez will guide you through these hour-long classes in a welcoming space for all levels.

*Please bring your own yoga mat.*
