The City of Brentwood welcomes vendors!!
Vendors selling food should apply for a Mobile Vendor Permit.
Vendors selling liquor should apply for a Special Use Permit. The application should be submitted at least 30 days in advance as the Board of Aldermen will need to approve the permit.
You will need:
- Certificate of Insurance with $1,000,000 minimum Commercial General Liability with the City of Brentwood listed as the certificate holder.
- Site Plan ( sample ) and Brentwood Park Site Plan
- State License (for liquor sales)
- A Safety Inspection for your mobile vendor vehicle is recommendend, but not required. If you have had the inspection done by St. Louis City or County, we ask that you include it as part of your application.
