The Brentwood Community Center has three meeting rooms available for private reservations. To reserve a meeting room, you must come in person to the facility, Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. At that time, staff will check availability, provide prices, give a tour, discuss rental rules, take full payment and sign contracts.
The hourly fee and deposit is due at the time of booking. As long as facility rules are followed and no damage or excessive clean-up is needed in the room, you will receive your deposit amount back in the form of a check. This will arrive roughly 3-4 weeks after your event in the mail to the address provided at the time the rental was booked.
