Present: Mayor Kelly,
Alderwoman Clements, Alderman Leahy, Alderman Kramer, Alderman Wynn and
Alderman Cross.

Attorney Albrecht, City/Clerk Administrator Seemayer and Director of Public
Works/City Engineer Payken.
Absent: Alderman
Marshall, Alderman Golfin and Alderman Robertson.
INTRODUCTIONS, READINGS, AND
PASSAGE OF BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS
Motion was made by Alderwoman
Clements, second by Alderman Leahy to give Bill No. 5316 first and second
readings. Roll call: Alderwoman Clements, yes; Alderman Leahy,
yes; Alderman Kramer, yes; Alderman Wynn, yes; Alderman Cross, yes.
City Attorney Albrecht gave Bill
No. 5316, AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLAT FOR SUBDIVISION OF A PARCEL LOCATED AT
8071 MANCHESTER ROAD INTO THREE (3) LOTS AND ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF
THIS ORDINANCE, its first and second readings.
Motion was made by Alderman
Leahy, second by Alderman Wynn to approve and adopt Bill No. 5316. Roll call:
Alderwoman Clements, yes; Alderman Leahy, yes; Alderman Kramer, yes;
Alderman Wynn, yes; Alderman Cross, yes.
The Mayor thereupon declared Bill
No. 5316 duly passed and signed same into approval thereof. Said Bill was given Ordinance No. 4009.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion was made by Alderman
Cross, second by Alderwoman Clements to adjourn the meeting at 5:10 p.m. All in favor none opposed.
