Pavilion Rentals

Pavilion Rentals: Residents $35/day; Non-residents $50/day. Call Jason at 314.963.8683 to rent the pavilions listed below.

Field rentals: 
Daytime Fees (7am-6pm) - $10/hour for residents, $20/hour for non-residents
Prime-time Fees (6pm-11pm) - $30/hour for residents, $40/hour for non-residents
Field preparation - $25/day 
Tennis courts - $10/hour for residents, $20/hour for non-residents
Sand volleyball courts - $10/hour for residents, $20/hour for non-residents

Fields are available in Norm West Park and Brentwood Park. Volleyball and tennis courts are available in Hanley Park.

Park Rules
  1. Parks are open from sunrise to sunset. Exception: Brentwood Park closes at 11:00 pm. 
  2. Only designated pavilions, tennis & sand volleyball courts, fields, and the in-line rink may be reserved. All other park areas are considered common areas and open to the public. 
  3. Motorized vehicles are restricted to designated parking areas and roadways. Vehicles may not be left overnight. 
  4. Fires are only permitted in barbeque pits provided by the City. Gas grills are prohibited. 
  5. Alcohol is prohibited at the In-Line rink
  6. Glass containers are prohibited throughout the parks, courts, fields, in-line rink and trails. 
  7. Outlets on the pavilion structures are for renter's use. 
  8. Extension cords longer than 25 feet are not allowed. 
  9. Dogs must be on a leash and accompanied by their owners. Pet excrement must be placed in proper receptacles. 
  10. Hunting and/or discharging of firearms is prohibited. 
  11. Groups are responsible for general clean-up of areas used, following their activity. All trash must be picked up and placed in the proper receptacle. 
  12. Renter shall be responsible for any and all damages to the pavilion, grill, courts, fields, in-line rink and/or contents thereof resulting from usage. 
  13. Restrooms and drinking fountains are operated seasonally, April through October, weather permitting. 
  14. The City of Brentwood is not responsible for stolen or loss of personal property.
