FITDIVA DANCE

FOR LADIES ONLY!!!

FITDIVA Dance offers a fun sassy way to get a fantastic work out. This class is designed to bring the confidence out of every woman no matter your age. We try to provide a DANCE PARTY with every one-hour class which includes heart-beating dance moves and sassy chair and stiletto (not required) choreography. We encourage every women to just let your hair down and have a good time.

MIXXEDFIT

MixxedFit® is a dance fitness format that incorporates fun, easy and repetitive dance moves with toning such as squats and punches that will get your heart rate going and burn off the calories! We dance to your favorite songs on the radio, top 40's and anything fun to move to!! If you're plateauing in your traditional dance fitness class, this is the answer.

POWER HOUR

Get more bang for your fitness buck! One of the most effective ways to train for strength and endurance. This class will use short intervals of easy-to-follow cardio-respiratory work both on and off the step platform to drive your heart rate into a high intensity zone, integrated with intervals of weights and strength training. All levels of fitness welcome - everything is customizable for you! You will have fun getting stronger and fitter and will see results!
(please bring your own mat)

T'ai Chi Ch'uan is an internal Chinese martial art often practiced for health reasons. Its soft martial art technique, balance, mental concentration, health, and longevity benefits are a relaxing and gentle way to stay in shape.

Use an elevated platform with simple, yet effective athletically-based movements to challenge your endurance, build cardio-respiratory strength and burn LOTS of calories. This music-driven class will get you moving for a total cardio workout full of energy that will help any level of participant achieve fitness goals. TOTAL STRENGTH

A class dedicated to total bod resistance training for increased strength, endurance, muscle toning, overall conditioning, balance and flexibility. Yes, you can do it all in one class!
Come workout and apply basic principles of training each muscle group to become stronger and leaner. Easy to follow and adaptable for all levels of fitness. Our certified fitness instructor will guide you through effective and challenging levels of strength training while keeping your engaged and moving throughout the class.

Yoga for Every Body

This all-inclusive class class is a series of exercises, movements and deep breathing that build strength, reduce stress and increase vitality whilie allowing for indiviual instruction in a team environment.
