Combine breath and movement through basic yoga flow that will improve your mental and physical well-being. Every pose can be modified for any skill level for participants to get the most out of their practice, all while infusing a little fun and laughter in each practice. Participants should bring their own yoga mat. In case of inclement weather, class will be held at Brentwood Park Pavilion.
