Arthritis is one of the most common diagnoses, encompassing at least 200,000 new cases a year. This program is designed to teach you the best ways to manage arthritis with exercise. A trained physical therapist will direct you through minimal load exercises and activities to maximize your function and minimize your pain! This course will be directed towards the lower body.
