MixxedFit® is a dance fitness format that incorporates fun, easy and repetitive dance moves with toning such as squats and punches that will get your heart rate going and burn off the calories! We dance to your favorite songs on the radio, top 40's and anything fun to move to!! If you're plateauing in your traditional dance fitness class, this is the answer.
