Norm West Park encompasses two acres of land with one soccer
field. Property for the park was acquired through a Federal Emergency
Management Agency buyout program after the floods of 1993. This park is used primarily
by area schools and organizations for soccer practices and games.

Rules at the Park
1. Glass is
prohibited.
2.
Restrooms are available April - October.
3.
Park opens at 7:00 a.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m.
4.
Please help keep the park clean for all users by placing trash and pet
excrement in the proper receptacles.
Directions to the Park
From Highway 40 proceed south on Brentwood Boulevard
approximately 2.5 miles to Pendleton Avenue and turn left (east). The
park is at the end of the street.
The park can also be accessed by taking Manchester Road east
from Brentwood Boulevard to Mary Avenue. Turn right on Mary Avenue and
the park will be on the right side.
Restroom Construction

With the assistance of a Community Development Block Grant
in the amount of $25,400 and a Municipal Parks Commission Grant in the amount
of $48,000, the City of Brentwood completed construction of a restroom
building in June of 2003.
The restroom building includes a men’s and women’s
facility, drinking fountain, and storage room. It is located at the west end of the park property.
