City of Brentwood Fire House Mold Remediation & Renovation

The City of Brentwood, Missouri is currently soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Mold Remediation and Renovations for the Fire House located at 8756 Eulalie Ave.  The Scope of Work consists of Abatement, Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical Work.  Bid packages will be available starting on September 28, 2017 from the Office of the Deputy City Clerk, 2348 South Brentwood Blvd, Brentwood Mo 63144 and from Horner & Shifrin, Inc., contact Brian Heideman at 314-335-8621 or .  A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 3rd, 2017, at 10:00 AM. At the Fire House.  Bids will be received by the Office of the Deputy City Clerk, 2348 South Brentwood Blvd, Brentwood, MO  63144, until 2:00 PM CST on October 17, 2017.  Faxed bids will not be accepted.  Bidders shall submit two copies of bid proposal.
