Each person addressing the board shall give his/her name, address and organization or firm represented, if any.  He/she shall speak for a period            not to exceed three (3) minutes; though additional time may be granted by the presiding officer or the board.

E.         INTRODUCTIONS, READINGS, AND PASSAGE OF BILLS AND             RESOLUTIONS

            Pursuant to RSMo. 79.130, the following bills will be read by "title" only.  Copies will be available to the General Public at City Hall, in the City Clerk's office, and at the Board of Aldermen meeting in the Council Chambers on Monday, November 6, 2006.

 

Placed on hold at the September 18, 2006 meeting, Bill No. 5348, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE REVISED CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD, MISSOURI, BY DELETING SECTION 2-41 IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 2-41; AND ADDING A NEW SECTION 2-42 (c); AS IT RELATES TO BOARD OF ALDERMEN MEETINGS; PROVIDING FOR THE CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THIS CODE; PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.

 

Bill No. 5351, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE REVISED CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD, MISSOURI BY ADDING TWO NEW PARAGRAPHS TO SECTION 14-1030, SCHEDULE DD, OF SAID CHAPTER RELATING TO DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN STREETS TO BE THROUGH OR MAJOR STREETS; PROVIDING FOR THE CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THIS CODE; PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.

 

Bill No. 5352, AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DRAINAGE EASEMENT AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD, MISSOURI WITH KRASKA ENTERPRISES, L.L.C., 516 HANLEY INDUSTRIAL COURT, BRENTWOOD, MISSOURI 63144.

 

Bill No. 5353, AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO PASTA HOUSE PRONTO, WHICH PERMITS UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS THE USE OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FOR OPERATION OF A RESTAURANT; PROVIDING THE CONDITIONS OF SUCH USAGE; AND PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

 

Bill No. 5354, AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO DEAN TEAM BRENTWOOD, WHICH PERMITS UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS THE USE OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FOR OPERATION OF A NEW AND USED VEHICLE SALES AND LEASING BUSINESS; PROVIDING THE CONDITIONS OF SUCH USAGE; AND PROVIDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

*Executive Session: (Closed Meeting – Closed Vote – Closed Record) is to take place following the regularly scheduled Board of Aldermen meeting which is scheduled to commence at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 6, 2006.  Such closed meeting with closed vote and closed record is to take place in the Conference Room and said meeting, vote and records are closed pursuant to Missouri State Statute 610.021 (2) real estate matter.
