            Pursuant to RSMo. 79.130, the following bills will be read by "title" only.  Copies will be available to the General Public at City Hall, in the City Clerk's office, and at the Board of Aldermen meeting in the Council Chambers on Monday, May 15, 2006.

 

            Bill No. 5331, AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLAT FOR A BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO PARCELS LOCATED AT 8071 MANCHESTER ROAD AND 2628 PORTER AVENUE AND ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

 

            Bill No. 5332, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3954, AS             AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 4018, WHICH GRANTED             CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS AND APPROVED A SITE DEVELOPMENT             PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY NUMBERED 1801 THROUGH 1819 SOUTH             HANLEY ROAD; AND, ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS             ORDINANCE.
