E.         INTRODUCTIONS, READINGS, AND PASSAGE OF BILLS AND             RESOLUTIONS

            Pursuant to RSMo. 79.130, the following bills will be read by "title" only.  Copies will be available to the General Public at City Hall, in the City Clerk's office, and at the Board of Aldermen meeting in the Council Chambers on Monday, April 3, 2006.

 

Placed on hold at the March 6th meeting Bill No. 5318, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE REVISED ODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD BY DELETING SECTION 14-1007 SCHEDULE G IN ITS ENTIRETY AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 14-1007 SCHEDULE G RELATING TO THE OPERATION OF CERTAIN COMMERCIAL VEHICLES AND MOTOR BUSES ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS; PROVIDING FOR THE CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THIS CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.

 

Bill No. 5321, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY NUMBERED 516 HANLEY INDUSTRIAL COURT TO THE “LIGHT INDUSTRIAL” DISTRICT AND ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

 

Bill No. 5322, AN ORDINANCE GRANTING APPROVAL OF A SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PHASE 2 OF THE MERIDIAN, A REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT LOCATED AT 8300 EAGER ROAD, WHICH PERMITS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 25, SECTION 126 OF THE BRENTWOOD CITY CODE, THE DEVELOPMENT OF A HIGH RISE OFFICE BUILDING AS WELL AS THE EAST PARKING GARAGE ON THAT SITE; PROVIDING THE CONDITIONS TO SUCH DEVELOPMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

 

Bill No. 5323, AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LIGHTING BY ELECTRICITY OF THE STREETS, AVENUES, ALLEYS, AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES IN THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD, IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI, AND OTHER ELECTRIC SERVICE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITY, BY CONTRACT, SETTING FORTH THE TERMS OF THE PROPOSED CONTRACT THEREFORE BETWEEN THE CITY AND UNION ELECTRIC COMPANY D/B/A AMEREN UE, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, AND PERMITTING SAID COMPANY TO ERECT, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN POLES, LINES, WIRES, CABLES, TRANSFORMERS, AND OTHER APPLIANCES IN THE STREETS AND ALL OTHER PUBLIC PLACES, NECESSARY FOR AND APPROPRIATE TO THE PERFORMANCE OF SAID CONTRACT AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.

 

Bill No. 5324, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3954 WHICH GRANTED CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS AND APPROVED A SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY NUMBERED 1801 THROUGH 1819 SOUTH HANLEY ROAD; AND, ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

*Executive Session: (Closed Meeting – Closed Vote – Closed Record) is to take place following the regularly scheduled Board of Aldermen meeting which is scheduled to commence at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 3, 2006.  Such closed meeting with closed vote and closed record is to take place in the Conference Room and said meeting, vote and records are closed pursuant to Missouri State Statute 610.021(3) personnel matter.
