            Pursuant to RSMo. 79.130, the following bills will be read by "title" only.  Copies will be available to the General Public at City Hall, in the City Clerk's office, and at the Board of Aldermen meeting in the Council Chambers on Monday, December 19, 2005.

 

Placed on hold at the November 21, 2005 meeting - Bill No. 5299, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A POLICY AND PROCEDURE FOR THE AUTOMATED ENFORCEMENT OF TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL REGULATIONS IN THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD, MISSOURI.

 

Placed on hold at the November 21, 2005 meeting - Bill No. 5300,AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD, MISSOURI, WITH REDFLEX TRAFFIC SYSTEMS, INC., 15020 N. 74TH STREET, SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA 85260 FOR OPERATION OF A PHOTO RED LIGHT ENFORCEMENT PROGRAM.

 

Bill No. 5303, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE REVISED CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD BY REPEALING SECTION 6-51 OF SAID CHAPTER RELATING TO ADOPTION OF CERTAIN BUILDING CODES; ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION 6-51; PROVIDING FOR THE CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THIS CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND, PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.

 

Bill No. 5304, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE REVISED CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 6-154 TO SAID CHAPTER RELATING TO ADOPTION OF CERTAIN BUILDING CODES; PROVIDING FOR THE CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THIS CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND, PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.

 

Bill No. 5305, AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD, MISSOURI TO OPT OUT OF STATE IMPOSED SALES TAX HOLIDAY.

 

Bill No. 5306, AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2006; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

 

Bill No. 5307, AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD, MISSOURI, AND ACE HOLDINGS, L.P.

 

Bill No. 5308, AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLAT FOR RESUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY NUMBERED 8917, 8923, AND 8925 LITZSINGER AVENUE AND ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

*Executive Session: (Closed Meeting – Closed Vote – Closed Record) is to take place following the regularly scheduled Board of Aldermen meeting which is scheduled to commence at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 19, 2005.  Such closed meeting with closed vote and closed record is to take place in the Conference Room and said meeting, vote and records are closed pursuant to Missouri State Statute 610.021(3) personnel matter.
