Pursuant to RSMo. 79.130, the following bills will be read by "title" only.  Copies will be available to the General Public at City Hall, in the City Clerk's office, and at the Board of Aldermen meeting in the Council Chambers on Monday, October 18, 2004.

 

Placed on hold at the April 7, 2003 meeting, Bill No. 5171, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT “A” TO THE “URBAN REDEVELOPMENT” DISTRICT; PROVIDING CONDITIONS TO THAT REZONING; PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND, ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE, its first reading.

 

Placed on hold at the August 16th meeting, Bill No. 5250, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 OF THE REVISED CODE OF THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD, MISSOURI BY ADDING NEW SECTIONS 25-253(d)(8) AND 25-254(d)(8) WHICH, UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, ADDS A REQUIREMENT TO BUILD WITH BRICK VENEER; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.

 

Placed on hold at the September 20th meeting, Bill No. 5253, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE REVISED CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD, MISSOURI BY ADDING A NEW ARTICLE III, SECTIONS 24-31 THROUGH 24-42 RELATING TO TREE PRESERVATION; PROVIDING FOR THE CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THIS CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND, PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.

 

Bill No. 5254, AN ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS TO AUTHORIZE UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS CERTAIN BUILDINGS TO BE IN EXCESS OF THIRTY-FIVE FEET (35’) IN HEIGHT; GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO AUTHORIZE, UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS, THE OPERATION OF UP TO FOUR (4) RESTAURANTS WITH SIT-DOWN DINING INCLUDING OUTDOOR DINING; GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A BANK WITH DRIVE-THROUGH FACILITIES; GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RETAIL SALES; APPROVING A SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SITE;  PROVIDING THE CONDITIONS OF SUCH SITE PLAN APPROVAL;  AND, ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.

 

Bill No. 5255, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE REVISED CODE OF THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD, MISSOURI BY AMENDING SECTION 19.04(H) PERTAINING TO SIGNAGE EXEMPT FROM REGULATIONS UNDER CHAPTER 19 WHICH, UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL ALLOW FOR A CUSTOM SIGNAGE PACKAGE FOR “URBAN DEVELOPMENT” DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR THE CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THIS CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
