Placed on hold at the April 7, 2003 meeting, Bill No. 5171, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT “A” TO THE “URBAN REDEVELOPMENT” DISTRICT; PROVIDING CONDITIONS TO THAT REZONING; PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND, ESTABLISHING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE, its first reading.

 

Bill No. 5229, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE REVISED CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BRENTWOOD BY ENACTING NEW SECTIONS 6-1 THROUGH 6-9; ADOPTING CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW HOUSES; PROVIDING FOR THE CURRENT MAINTENANCE OF THIS CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND, PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
