Pavilions are available to rent from April 1st to October 31st from sunrise to sunset. Rental fees are $40/day for Residents and $60/day for Non-residents.
Memorial Park-Pavilion 1 Located in the 15.5 acre Memorial Park, this pavilion is a favorite. Two playgrounds and a grassy area are next to the pavilion making this the perfect place for family and friends to gather. Fee: Res $40, Non-res $60

Memorial Park-Pavilion 2 Tucked away in Memorial Park, this pavilion provides a wooded get-away that feels private. Nature trails begin by the pavilion and two playgrouds are just over a small creek. A convenient drop-off point is located off of Lawn Ave.

Hanley Park Pavilion
Located between the dog park and sand volleyball courts, Hanley Park pavilion is ideal for an adult or teen get together. (Court rental information below) Fee: Res $40, Non-res $60

Oak Tree Park Pavilion
Built in 2017, Oak Tree Park pavilion is Brentwood's newest pavilion. A large playground is just steps away, and a paved walking trail circles the park. Fee: Res $40, Non-res $60

Parks are open from sunrise to sunset. Exception: Brentwood Park closes at 11:00 pm.
Only designated pavilions, tennis & sand volleyball courts, fields, and the in-line rink may be reserved. All other park areas are considered common areas and open to the public.
Motorized vehicles are restricted to designated parking areas and roadways. Vehicles may not be left overnight.
Fires are only permitted in barbeque pits provided by the City. Gas grills are prohibited.
Alcohol is prohibited at the In-Line rink.
Glass containers are prohibited throughout the parks, courts, fields, in-line rink and trails.
Outlets on the pavilion structures are for renter's use.
Extension cords longer than 25 feet are not allowed.
Dogs must be on a leash and accompanied by their owners. Pet excrement must be placed in proper receptacles.
Hunting and/or discharging of firearms is prohibited.
Groups are responsible for general clean-up of areas used, following their activity. All trash must be picked up and placed in the proper receptacle.
Renter shall be responsible for any and all damages to the pavilion, grill, courts, fields, in-line rink and/or contents thereof resulting from usage.
Restrooms and drinking fountains are operated seasonally, April through October, weather permitting.
The City of Brentwood is not responsible for stolen or loss of personal property.
