Wednesday Evenings!

This full-body workout combines cardio, conditioning and strength training with an emphasis on Yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. POUND uses Ripstix, which are lightly weighted drumsticks specifically engineered for exercising and transforms drumming into an effective way of working out. POUND is designed for both men and women of all ages and will be held on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 – 7:00 pm starting March 18th – May 6th.”
